I appreciated the 24/7 reception, very helpful when i arrived late. it was great they offered help with my baggage without asking for tips. the location was a plus. I found many shops and restaurants nearby.

I found the location ideal. It was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff printed my visa photos and held my luggage after checkout without any charge. i also got one free water bottle daily (a simple gesture i appreciate). the wifi worked consistently well on the third floor.
the room lacked a street view, slightly less appealing.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the welcome was lovely. my room was comfortable and had everything i needed.. the pillows are amazing. i slept like a log.
the light in the hallway never turned off at night. it was very bright. sleeping was quite hard and this disturbed me. the noise made it hard to rest well.

quiet oasis

excellent location fabulous garden helpful staff
The location is excellent, very near bus stops! Buses 15 and 47 run to the reclining buddha. The garden area is fabulous, ideal, with good meals and coffee. It was the quietest place i stayed during my trip. Staff were lovely and helpful. I wish i had stayed longer.
The room lacked a window facing outside, instead opening onto the hallway. People smoked in the hallway, a normal practice as indicated by ashtrays on each floor. This made the room less comfortable.

Charming Stay in the Heart of It All!

great location attentive staff comfortable bed
I REALLY loved that the hotel is near the bus stop for the airports. It makes travel so easy. There are also various tourist spots close by. Sand Road and the pier. I was able to walk almost everywhere, which saved a lot of money and time. The staff were so attentive, and the room was spacious. The bed was so comfy!!!
Unfortunately, there was no elevator. I had to climb stairs to reach my room on the fourth floor.
